According to paragraph “ğ” of Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation No. 29188 dated 2014, published by the Ministry of Customs and Trade; “Contracts regarding services performed instantly in the electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer” are shown as an exception to the right of withdrawal. In this context, since services such as disposable digital products, codes, coupons, durations, gift cards, credits, points and memberships sold on our website are within the scope of services performed instantly in this electronic environment, it is not possible to return or refund the products.
Since any product or service purchased by users/consumers from our site is an immediate action, our site is not responsible for any effects or damages arising from user/consumer errors. All risks arising from the use and performance of any service and product offered by our site, due to the above-mentioned characteristics, belong to the user/consumer. According to the relevant legislation, the transactions and contracts within this site, which are Distance Contracts, are not subject to the provisions regarding the right of withdrawal and use of services performed instantly in electronic environment and contracts regarding goods delivered instantly to the consumer. For this reason, our site does not provide refunds or replacements under any circumstances. Persons who are parties within the scope of this agreement are obliged to know this provision of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.
Within the scope of the services offered by our site and all kinds of services related to it, in case of any violation or action that will be considered as a violation of the terms of use and participation of the users, all rights and usage opportunities provided directly or indirectly by the relevant service, with the consent of the copyright owner, will be terminated from the user’s account in the system. will be frozen for a temporary or permanent period. In this case, the user declares, accepts and undertakes that he will not re-enter the system, the service offered, any electronic platform or similar environment connected to this service, and that he will not request the refund of the payments he has made so far, if any.
